Our Shared Drive service has now resumed operation. Following the PHP2Shell security vulnerability announced on 21 October 2026, we temporarily suspended the service as a precautionary measure to protect our clients' data while reviewing and strengthening our security measures.

After all, you cannot do what you do not understand. That is why we continually invest in computer hardware and security technology to safeguard your data.

All relevant security patches have been applied, and additional access restrictions have been implemented. Access is currently restricted to UK IP addresses to further enhance security.

For security reasons, the Shared Drive access port has been changed. Existing clients should refer to our direct notification for updated access instructions. The service currently operates daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We plan to restore 24/7 access once our security review is complete and conditions permit.
