Thank you for your continued trust and support. In order to maintain the high standard of professional service you have come to expect from us, we will be implementing an average service fee adjustment of approximately 4%, effective 1 June 2026.

This decision has been made in light of the sustained increase in operational costs in recent years, including rising expenditure on staffing, software, energy, and insurance. While the adjustment this year is more moderate compared to the previous year’s average increase of 6%, ongoing cost pressures continue to require careful and responsible review of our pricing structure to ensure both service quality and long-term sustainability.

Key Principles of the Adjustment:

• Average adjustment of approximately 4%, ranging from 2% to 5%, with specific details communicated individually based on the nature of the services provided.
• Grace period for new clients: Clients who joined us on or after 1 January 2026 will have the fee adjustment deferred by three months to ease the initial financial impact.
• Transparent communication: We will be contacting each client individually to explain the specific details and rationale behind the adjustment.
