Notice of Service Fee Adjustment – 2025

Dear Valued Client,

Thank you for your continued trust and support. In order to maintain the high standard of professional service you have come to expect from us, we will be implementing an average service fee adjustment of approximately 6%, effective 1 July 2025.

This decision has been made in light of the sustained increase in operational costs in recent years, including rising expenditure on staffing, software, energy, and insurance. We made a conscious choice not to adjust our fees in 2023, absorbing the growing cost pressures in order to minimise the immediate impact on our clients. However, as these pressures continue to build, a measured adjustment has now become necessary to ensure both service quality and long-term sustainability.

Key Principles of the Adjustment:

  • Average adjustment of approximately 6%, with specific details communicated individually based on the nature of the services provided.
  • Grace period for new clients: Clients who joined us on or after 1 January 2025 will have the fee adjustment deferred by three months to ease the initial financial impact.
  • Transparent communication: We will be contacting each client individually to explain the specific details and rationale behind the adjustment.
